In our initial meeting, we will discuss what you are looking for, whether it’s buying your next home or selling your current home/investment. A lot of the time, it’s both. We’ll discuss your goals and visions and how The Elite Advantage can help. We want to know what you see 10, 15, or 20 years down the road and help get you there.

Once we establish your vision or goals – we’ll partner with you to make it happen. Our experience in the Real Estate Market will allow us to work with you on all areas of buying and selling. Whether it’s preparing your home for listing or deciding which new home will be yours.

The Elite Advantage team provides a complete rundown of areas of interest discussed in our initial meeting, when buying . This report will outline appropriate points of interest to the client. We also offer a list of all properties that fit the criteria given by the client. From here, decisions will be made, areas edited, and a final number of locations chosen. These decisions help us hone in on the right property without wasting your time. We’ll also sign all the required paperwork for the buying process. At the Elite Advantage, we ask that buyers are pre-approved. Buyer pre-approval makes the buying process much smoother and less stressful. Once all paperwork is signed, we will send you a complete list of “to-do’s, “answer any questions you might have, and then get out there and find your new home. We also provide a full list of contacts and vendors to make your list that much easier!

The selling process is a bit different – we discuss strategy, market, expectations, and, last but not least, the property walk-through. The team will suggest any changes that might help get the full dollar value for the listing. Painting, decluttering, and staging help your property show its best. The Elite Advantage provides all sellers with a full pre-listing inspection. That way, we know if anything needs fixing before going to market.

Next, we will discuss your neighbourhood and what’s going on there. What’s the closest comparison to your home? What has been selling in the last month or so? This is what we look at when we decide what the right listing price is for your home. Listing your property at the right price is one of the most critical steps in selling your home. Open houses and showings take place at agreed-upon times and are all managed by our team. Of course, we provide a list of vendors and contractors for you to use if you need to.

This is how both parties collaborate to ensure that the sale or buy of a property is a success. The buying or selling of property is seamless when the preparation and groundwork is done before the actual process starts. All parties are aware and prepared for the time on and in the market. Looking for your next home can be fun and challenging. Being pre-approved and staying within your buying power will ensure a smooth process. The Elite Advantage will provide you with the knowledge and experience to help you make the best offer that works for you.


The Elite Advantage helps you find a home from available properties that fit your criteria. A daily report is sent to you, letting you know what’s hit the market and all the essential details. The team vets the daily listings and appointments made for those homes you would like to see. Each client is different – but, having at least three properties to see on each outing to make good use of your time. After showings, you can take the time to consider the properties and either move forward with an offer or continue with the search. Either way, we are here to help. We’ll take your likes and dislikes based on showings, edit the search, and move forward. Once you have found “the one,” it’s offer time. The team will tell you on the BEST POSSIBLE way to succeed during the offer process. It’s what we do best.

Sellers –

Helping execute the “to-do” list is a necessary process. We’ll arrange photos, videos, and the complete pre-listing home inspection, we’ll also refer you to vendors/ contractors, – we’re here to help.

Preparing the property for sale based on our recommendations enables you to get the best possible price for your property.

The team will provide comparable listings from the surrounding area to ensure that the listing price is where it should be. Elite Advantage will take care of Open Houses, manage appointments, and ensure that your property gets sold at the right time for the right price.

Sellers

Listing a property can be as simple as paint, decluttering, and staging, or it could be more involved – either way – We’ll help you bring your home to the next level. Then, once your property receives an offer – we will guide you and ensure that you have the correct information to make the best decision possible.
